RETIREMENT OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE &  EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - ALLAN COOK

Cobham plc has previously announced the intention of Mr Allan Cook, Chief Executive and Executive Director, to retire from the Board at the end of December 2009. After nine years on the Board, Allan Cook retired on 31 December 2009.

The Board would like to thank Allan for his tremendous contribution to the company over the past nine years.

Allan will continue to provide services to the Company under a consultancy agreement during 2010.
