NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
Cobham plc (the "Company") announces in respect of ordinary 2.5 pence shares of the Company ("Shares") that on:
12 August 2009 Mr A J Stevens was conditionally awarded 313,370 Shares under the Company's Performance Share Plan 2007 ("PSP") and was granted options over 313,370 Shares at an exercise price of 191.4667 under the Company's Executive Share Option Scheme 2004.
14 August 2009, Mr W G Tucker was conditionally awarded 216,234 Shares under the PSP.
Options are ordinarily exercisable between three and ten years from the date of grant to the extent that applicable performance conditions are met. An award under the PSP ordinarily vests on the third anniversary of the date of grant to the extent that applicable performance conditions are met. There is no payment due for an award under the PSP.
