Cobham plc announces that on 31 July 2009 the Cobham Sharesave Scheme for the benefit of Mr A E Cook vested. Accordingly, Mr Cook was issued with 16,600 ordinary 2.5 pence shares on 4 August 2009 at an option price of £0.84 pence per share.

The shares were registered in the name of Mr A E Cook.
